The Skin Care Program was started in 1991 by Carol Barratt, R.N..
Carol has extensive operating room experience, and since 1991 has concentrated on skin care for The Cosmetic Surgery Center patients. She is a member of the Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Specialists and a trained collagen injector. Carol has extensive experience with glycolic, salicylic and TCA skin peels..
