Dr. DuBois is a graduate of the University of Iowa
College of Medicine. He interned at the Philadelphia
General Hospital and served as a medical officer
in the United States Air Force. Both his general
and plastic surgery residencies were completed at
the Mayo Clinic. He entered the private practice
of plastic surgery in 1974. He is certified by the
American Board of Surgery and the American Board
of Plastic Surgery. The professional organizations
which he belongs to include the American College
of Surgeons, the American Society of Plastic and
Reconstructive Surgeons, and the American Society
of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. Dr. DuBois has served
the Penrose/St. Francis System in many capacities
over the years. He has been Chief of Staff, Chief
of Surgery and most recently was Chairman of the
Credentials Committee. He currently is
practicing general plastic surgery with an emphasis
in cosmetic surgery.

Ian G. Walker
Dr. Walker is a graduate of the University of Alberta
Medical School in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. He
interned at the University of Alberta and completed
his residency in general surgery and plastic surgery
at the University of Alberta. He has taken fellowships
at the University of Miami , the University of Eastern
Virginia, and the University of Texas. He is board
certified in plastic surgery by the American Board
of Plastic Surgery and the Royal College of Surgeons
of Canada. He has been Associate Professor of Plastic
Surgery at the University of Texas and the Chief
Surgeon at the Shriner's Burn Institute in Galveston,
Texas. Dr. Walker has been in private practice in
Colorado Springs since 1981 where he has been Chief
Surgeon of the Penrose Burn Unit for the past 15
years. He belongs to the American Medical Society,
the American and Canadian Societies of Plastic Surgery,
the American Burn Society, and the El Paso County
Medical Society. He is currently practicing general
plastic surgery with an emphasis in cosmetic surgery.
